To preclude any misunderstanding and unnecessary
expenses regarding returned goods, the following policy must be adhered to.
1. A Returned Material Authorization number (RMA)
must be obtained from us prior to returning any product.
If the product is to be returned from Overseas, the
following information must be included on the commercial invoice, the Airway Bill or the
Bill of Landing covering the goods:

5. We recommend returning goods by:
- Registered Airmail or Federal Express /UPS / Airborne
/ DHL or other courier
- Through your Embassy in Washington DC
6. All goods should be sent freight and all other
charges prepaid, if other arrangements have not been made in advance, goods sent
"freight forward" or "collect" may be refused and returned to you at
your cost.
7. You are responsible for making sure that all goods
are insured in transit at all times. We will not insure goods unless prior arrangement
have been made.
NOTE: If returning only K910B, it is not necessary
to send the case, calibration block or any accessories. |
